Hello ECP Residents!
First of all I’d like to say  ”Thank You”  to last year’s ECPCA board members for all of their hard work.  Every year offers different challenges and rewards, and it’s been great to work alongside these great people to solve problems and celebrate our successes.

As I have mentioned in previous newsletters, we are always in need of people who can spare an hour or two a month to help out with the organizing of our programs.  This fall we have a few long-time members of our association who will be stepping down, and we need to fill these positions at our AGM.  We have lined up a football coordinator, but we still need a Vice-President and coordinators for the softball, skating rink, and indoor activities.

Our AGM is at St Augustine on Monday, August 30th at 6:30pm with registration to follow and a second registration at 6:30 on Wednesday, September 1st.   We look forward to seeing many of you there and want to remind you that we may not be able to run some of our programs if we do not elect coordinators at the AGM.

On a final note, if your child is going to play football in the fall, please try to come to our first registration night as we need to have our teams registered with the football association the following day.

See you in the fall.

Michelle Rogalski, President
